2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and reside in a jurisdiction where solar energy investment services are legal. By registering, you confirm you meet these requirements.
3. Solar Investment Plans
SUNBEE offers solar energy investment plans that generate daily USDT profits. Each plan has a fixed price, daily profit rate, and cycle duration. Upon completion of the cycle, your original principal is automatically returned to your account in full.
4. Account & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify SUNBEE immediately of any unauthorized use. SUNBEE is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access due to your failure to secure your account.
5. Withdrawals & Fees
Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours. A 10% processing fee applies to all withdrawals. Users may make one (1) withdrawal request per day. SUNBEE reserves the right to verify identity before releasing funds.
6. Referral Program
SUNBEE operates a 5-level referral commission program. Commission rates: Level 1: 12%, Level 2: 3%, Level 3: 2%, Levels 4–5: 1% each. SUNBEE reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program with reasonable notice.

You may not: engage in money laundering or any illegal activity; create multiple accounts to abuse promotions; attempt to reverse-engineer or hack our systems; provide false or misleading information during registration.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States. Any dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Jefferson County, Colorado, in accordance with Colorado law.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under Colorado law, SUNBEE's total liability shall not exceed the amount you invested in the preceding 30 days. SUNBEE is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
